Joint Tver railwaymen museum was opened on November 1, 2012. Museum’s exposition tells in detail about the history of the Tver railway junction since the beginning of the 19th century, when General Directorate of Railways of the Russian Empire was located in Tver. It tells about the beginning and development of the railways, about the tragic history of the 20th century and ends up with current situation in the railway industry . The museum actively cooperates with affiliated school №25 of Tver and organizes work on career guidance. The exhibition consists of two museum collections: collection of the Museum of the Tver locomotive depot and collection of the Tver railwaymen museum.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-13:00 and 13:48-16:00.
